The Fleur Blanche cuvée is made exclusively from the ‘Cœur de cuvée’ at the pressing stage, and is 100% Chardonnay. After a long ageing period, this cuvée fully expresses the richness of the 2019 vintage with its Extra-Brut dosage.
Of the 6 blends created by our cellar master, blend no. 4 was selected because it perfectly matches the Beaumont des Crayères style of wine.

Luminous golden robe with elegant bubbles.
Expressive nose opening with floral notes of white flowers, grapefruit and citrus, underlined by aromas of bergamot and a touch of minerality.
On the palate, the fresh attack is well-structured, with citrus notes and a good length.
Lovely and tense finish, on aromas of pomelo.
